Beauxbatons Academy of Magic, founded in 1467, is located in southern France and is considered to be one of the most prestigious schools for witchcraft and wizardry in all of Europe, and it surely takes the prize for most luxurious.  Its students have received some of the best magical education around for hundreds of years, and the students attending the school now, in 2003, get no less.  Five years have passed since the defeat ofwww.tumblr.com the wizarding world is finally at peace, leaving the students of Beauxbatons and all other schools to focus not only on their studies, but their personal lives as well.  What will this year bring for the students of Beauxbatons?  Je ne sais pas, mais il sera une année inoubliable..

Since his election, he’s begun passing massive reforms that run contrary to his election platform. Muggleborns have gone into hiding. Werewolves and goblins have begun working for the lowest of the low. And for half-bloods and Purebloods, life has only gotten better. Together with his mentor, Gellert Grindelwald, Tom Marvolo Riddle, Jr., just might succeed in his plan to redistribute power in Great Britain. Despite growing up in a completely functional wizarding family, Alexandre is not the most normal of students. He is fidgety and paranoid to the point of seeming insane. And who knows? Looking at his constant twitching, arbitrary obsessions, and conversations with no one, Alexandre is definitely a candidate for a multitude of Muggle mental illnesses. Because of his rather eccentric disposition, Alexandre has remained somewhat isolated from his peers. He won’t hesitate to be friendly to those who approach him, but starting a conversation on his own is far too daunting. Alexandre spends his free time rewriting his assignments over and over, fearing that he’ll flunk Potions because of his messy scrawl. True to his surname, Alexandre dreams of becoming a baker or a chef. He doesn’t want fame or recognition, but simply finds the act of measuring and mixing ingredients to be one of the few things that can calm his jitters. Alexandre has a penchant for others’ hands, which grows from an increasing distaste of his own.  A number of his nervous habits include destroying the skin around his cuticles, gnawing his nails past the quick, and cleansing and scrubbing his palms until they’re dry and cracking.
